Review: I'd Tell You I Love You,But Then I'd Have to Kill You By Alli Carter
To the outside world Gallagher Academy seemed like a very exclusive all girl's private school for geniuses, but that's because that's exactly what they want you to see. Because in reality they couldn't let you know that it's really a elite super spy school for girls. Where the girl's could incapacitate you and leave you with no memory of it before you could even blink an eye.
Cammie Morgan a.k.a Chameleon is a student there and her mother is the headmistress.Cammie didn't get the name Chameleon for no reason. She has perfected not being seen or noticed in plain sight. In fact while on mission one of her best friend's doesn't even notice her right in front of her.So what happens when she is noticed by the one person she was unprepared for? A boy! Gallagher may have taught her 14 languages but it couldn't prepare her for her first boyfriend.Which her friends are suspicious about being a "honeypot"(a spy to seduce her).
The tale that follows is a great page turner and laugh out loud funny.Literally I laughed out loud (very loud) and got strange looks from the husband.I loved the girl's adventures as Cammie tries to find out about love and relationships. While trying to find balance between her real life and the one she has had to create to protect the boy she cares about.
You won't be able to put it down and there may be some sore cheeks from unknowingly smiling too much while reading. If you like YA novels with humor and a bit of adventure then this is definitely the book for you.

Review: God Gave Us Two
My daughter already owns God Gave Us You. It is one of her favorite stories. So I was very excited when I saw this title, God Gave us Two.
Little Cub is a little worried he will be forgotten when the new baby arrives. So this story is about his mom reassuring him that he was just as much a blessing as the new baby.
My daughter giggled when Little Cub asked if they can send the baby back if they don't like it.The overall mood of the story is sweet and funny. We were both a little surprised when we got to the end of the story and found out Mama Cub was having twins! I think this may confuse some children if their parent read them this story to introduce them to the idea of them having a new baby but they are in fact only having one. I did not personally have this problem because we are not having another child. But I do love that the story ends with them then saying God Gave us Three. That was so very sweet.
So overall I would say it is a fun, sweet story, with a nice message that children will love. Just be careful not to make your child think you are having twins!
